Pathway to Construction

Do you know a young person looking to get into construction?

Starting 22nd July, we have an incredible opportunity for young people to work with professional tradesmen at a Paramount property in Chatham.

Our sister company, Paramount Independent Property Services will be supplying the project with everything you need to gain skills for a career in the construction industry.

We are working in partnership with Medway Youth Service, The Gillingham Hub, and Job Centre Plus to recruit our young construction workers, but there is still space available and opportunities for apprenticeships or employment.
